Description
CAE2200 is a 12-bits,11.2Gsps or or 5.6Gsps(Dual Channel) RF-sampling,analog-to-digital converter (ADC),it uses a high-speed JESD204B output interface. 
In dual-channel mode, the CAE2200 can sample up to 5.6GSPS and up to 11.2GSPS in single-channel mode. Programmable tradeoffs in channel count (dual-channel mode) and Nyquist bandwidth (single-channel mode) allow development of flexible hardware that meets the needs of both high channel count or wide instantaneous signal bandwidth applications.
The CAE2200 is offered in a FCBGA196 package and is specified over a temperature range of -40 to 105°C.
